Associate Broker

Earning the Associate Broker designation consists of an additional 90 hours of education in the Real Estate marketplace. The Associate Broker training reinforces the many aspects of Real Estate, agency representation, negotiations, investing and investor models, ethics, listings, contracts and legal issues associated with all of the above.  Agents who achieve this additional training are now licensed to have their own office. All of this additional training coupled with the work experience will make sure that your real estate transaction will be handled with the utmost care, efficiency, and diligence by one of the top professionals in the industry.
